IFS sessions don’t come with a pause button. This one does.
In any session, there are moments that shape everything that follows. A part appears. The client’s energy shifts. The practitioner has a few seconds to decide whether to speak, wait, or follow the work somewhere unexpected. Those decisions happen quickly, and they’re rarely examined afterward.
Demo Dissection brings them into view. Each month, a skilled IFS practitioner shares a recorded client session they chose for its richness and complexity. Over two live hours, we slow it down and stop at the key moments to ask what they were tracking, what shaped their pacing and language, and what was happening inside their own system. The practitioner can speak to choices that were intuitive in the moment, and the other practitioners in the room bring what they notice from where they sit.
