As a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Registered Counselling Therapist (NSCCT), and Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC), I am qualified to support clients across most provinces and territories. Over the past fourteen years, I have worked with thousands of individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate emotional challenges with care and integrity. I am trained through the IFS Counsellors Association (IFSCA) and the IFS Institute (IFS‑I), and I bring this lens into my work with clients seeking deeper self‑understanding and healing. I show up as my genuine, curious, and imperfect self, offering a safe, grounded, and collaborative therapeutic space.
