I believe that each of us carries an inherent capacity for healing, though during difficult seasons of life, our strengths can sometimes feel out of reach. My intention is to offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore what you’re carrying with curiosity and compassion.

As every person is unique, so is therapy. I adapt my approach to your experiences, needs, culture, and goals, recognizing that our identities, relationships, and experiences shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. I specialize in trauma therapy, using an IFS and EMDR lens, while incorporating mindfulness and somatic approaches when helpful.

Through IFS, we gently explore the different parts of you that may be carrying pain, protection, or the impact of past experiences. Rather than judging or trying to change these parts, we approach them with understanding and compassion. My hope is to create space where even the experiences, feelings, or parts of yourself you may feel shame around can be met with care—supporting you in reconnecting with yourself and the life you hope to create.
