About
Most of us struggle with habitual reactions to life’s challenges — from doubt or guilt to shame or frustration. These responses are built-in, long-established parts of ourselves that we put in place to guard and protect ourselves but that are, ultimately, unhelpful and can be damaging. I want to help you get in touch with and untangle those reactions — those parts — so that you can live a freer life with a more fully-realized sense of self. By becoming aware of our unconscious patterns, working with the body, and separating from our limiting beliefs, we can foster a growth mindset and promote wellbeing.
I am an IFS practitioner and researcher offering depth-oriented psychology coaching. I hold a Master’s of Science in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology from Alef Trust / Liverpool John Moores University, UK, and have a Depth and Transpersonal Psychology coaching certification. I have a particular interest in how these methods can bring self-compassion and ease to individuals with ADHD, abandonment issues, mother wound, life transitions, and individuals committed to personal growth. I have a warm, open, and light-hearted approach and offer a complimentary video consult to address your questions. Visit my site to learn more!
