I am a registered psychotherapist who enjoys working with individuals who are seeking deeper insights into their lives through exploring their patterns, relationships and behaviours.  Issues I commonly work with are depression, anxiety,  self-esteem, relationship issues and family dynamics.  Using an IFS framework, I bring a sense of acceptance and a friendly, easy-going approach. I also offer supervision to IFS practitioners and therapists.
