From adults with complex traumatic stress to high functioning adults
Many people who reach out to me have already explored several paths—different forms of psychotherapy, meditation practices, self-help books. They often carry a lot of insight and knowledge, yet still feel that something fundamental hasn’t shifted. I understand this feeling deeply. For years, I tried cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, meditation, and worked with various therapists. I attended numerous workshops and read extensively. But it took over a decade of exploration before I discovered a method that truly resonated with me—and with the people I now work with.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, alongside Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices. These approaches help us develop a more trusting relationship with ourselves, build deeper connections with others, and stop endlessly adapting to life—instead, shaping life to better fit who we truly are.
Through my own experience and that of my clients, I am reminded daily: when we begin to listen to ourselves—especially the different parts within us—and learn to recognize and meet their needs, something shifts. We move from inner chaos toward clarity and calm.
As we grow stronger, more flexible, and more resilient, we also learn to protect our energy and use it purposefully. And from this place, it becomes easier to enjoy ourselves, our relationships, and our lives—and to pursue what truly matters to us.
