I am Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) and Psychotherapist (RP) and provide therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, psychedelic assisted therapy, and spiritual practices. I believe we can heal the nervous system and experience the world as it is, not in the distorted way our pain and fear has created. Once we do this, we free ourselves from our conditioned reactions (pain and suffering) and consciously choose responses to how we participate in and create our lives, helping us feel free and safe in our own bodies.
