I work from a place of believing that everyone does the best they can with the resources and skills they have at any given moment. I also believe that people are constantly changing (inside and out), and along with this so are their needs and desires. Sometimes the skills and resources that were once helpful for us, can create situations were we can become stuck. Through collaborating with clients, I hope to help folks overcome barriers and promote healing and self-growth, by offering a safe, comfortable, and confidential space for folks to explore their inner world, get to know their parts, and find calmness and clarity through the sense of self energy.
