My IFS journey began before even knowing that IFS existed. I starting using parts approach which may be a similar experience to many of you. Once I completed my level 1 IFS training, I sensed that I found what I was missing in my own personal work as well as in my professional work with others. This model brought me more in touch with my own humanity, something I very much needed after years on the spiritual bypassing track. I am now able to blend the pragmatic with the spiritual in a way that feels more real and authentic. My hope is to provide guidance and support to help others on their own journey towards wholeness.
