I am a registered social worker and work from a trauma-informed perspective that believes in our natural human resiliency and strength to heal. I work from a variety of therapeutic modalities; primarily Internal Family Systems (IFS) which I believe allows for an accepting and creative avenue for exploring our inner world. My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with you towards your chosen goals/direction, welcoming any and all parts with the aim of creating more self-compassion and balance.
