About

I am an Interpersonal Neurobiologist and IFS-informed therapist, working from a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. I support the healing and growth of my clients using a variety of
evidence-based techniques to address the root causes of their distress. I love the IFS model as it is an effective way to focus on these issues and aligns with my own values of hope, healing and non-violent intervention. As a Certified Professional Counselor licensed through the Professional Association of Christian Counselors and Psychotherapists, I work with people of all
faiths and no faith and am an LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. I am located in sunny Winnipeg, Manitoba, and conduct sessions in-person, online and by phone. In addition to individual counseling, I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy and teach a workshop on managing anxiety. I am also available to students of IFS who would like to experience IFS therapy.
