Mx. Amethyst is part of the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC/Latinx community, and a cult survivor, fluent in both Spanish and English. They are constantly striving to create a safe environment for people from diverse communities and with diverse life experiences. Thus becoming a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner focused on IFS as to have the right tools to help others in their own healing journey.

They have been trained by IFSCA, Stepping Stones, and Advanced Weekend “Mastering IFS – Deepening your Core Practice”. Also, they are a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner by GTI.

They are not licensed psychotherapist. They do not diagnose, assess mental health, prescribe or advise on medications, or recommend clinical treatment. Rather, they serve as a knowledgeable mentor to help clients recognize they are not alone in their experiences. Promoting client choice by honoring autonomy and working collaboratively toward defined goals in a supportive and empowering environment for all participants.
