Helpers & Therapists: Many helping professionals carry Parts that contribute to burnout, overextension, or perfectionism. I help you explore and tend to these Parts so you can show up with more presence, resilience, and clarity in your work.
Caregivers & Parents: Becoming a parent has been a profound journey for me—raising twins alongside a toddler has brought joy, exhaustion, and reflection. I support parents in navigating Parts that feel stretched, overwhelmed, or “not enough,” while also nurturing the Parts that hold, protect, and support both themselves and their children.
Adult Professionals: I work with adults navigating life transitions, particularly those who may not have experienced secure early attachment. Together, we explore inner dynamics, release old patterns, and strengthen confidence and clarity.
I’m a Level 2 IFS Institute–certified therapist passionate about helping people restore balance, trust, and leadership in their internal system. I support adult professionals, parents, caregivers, and helping professionals in understanding the Parts of themselves that influence emotions, relationships, and daily life. Using IFS, we work together to transform protective patterns, reduce overwhelm, and foster deep self-understanding.
My Approach
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can relate differently to your inner world. My work goes beyond quick fixes, focusing instead on meaningful healing and self-leadership. Clients appreciate the intentional, supportive space we create, which allows transformation at your own pace.
Background & Experience
I’ve served as a Program Assistant for the IFS Institute, taught the Stepping Stones course and continue to be a Support Staff, and supported Risa Adams’ introductory courses. I also provide consultation and IFS training for other practitioners, helping them integrate IFS into their practice with confidence and care.
Identity & Values
I believe it’s important to share a bit about myself before we work together. I am a cisgendered, heterosexual, middle-class, Jewish-identifying woman, a parent, and use she/her pronouns. I am married, able-bodied, and live with my partner, our children, and our dog. I am happy to discuss identity, privilege, and life experiences as they relate to our work if that would be helpful to you.
Outside the Therapy Room
I embody self-leadership in my daily life, regularly checking in with my own Parts. Outside of therapy and parenting, I love reading, learning, listening to music, traveling, going to concerts, spending time outdoors, and enjoying canoe trips with my family. I welcome the opportunity to get to know your interests as well.
