​I’m Katie (38), a gentle, warm and experienced counselor of 15 years from England. I enjoy working online with people from all over the world using the Internal Family Systems approach.

I’m passionate about helping people to do the inner work to both heal from painful past experienced and work on how you respond to triggers around you today. I guide you through the IFS process to help you reach parts of yourself that are difficult to access alone.

I especially enjoy working with people who already have in interest in the IFS model: perhaps you are a therapist yourself or perhaps you are someone with a strong interest in doing the inner work to heal. I’d love to help you take your healing journey deeper and get to those places that are tough to reach alone.
