Your therapy journey empowers you to navigate challenges, such as making a life-changing decision; coping with intolerable stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, or grief; managing a difficult relationship; managing chronic pain or other overwhelming condition; figuring out who you are as you find yourself again; resolving restlessness; disempowering shame and feelings of not being good enough; coping with isolation and/or rejection.
