I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist whose practice is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and informed by a deeply embodied approach to resilience, coherence, and trauma healing. IFS offers a compassionate framework for understanding the multiplicity of our inner experience, honouring the protective intentions of our parts, and supporting greater access to Self-led presence, curiosity, clarity, and healing.
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® (SEP) and Tao of Trauma & Co-Regulating Touch/Table Work Practitioner, I bring an embodied understanding of the nervous system to IFS therapy. Together, we gently attend to what is happening within and between parts, while supporting the nervous system’s capacity for regulation, flexibility, and integration.
My work integrates IFS, Somatic Experiencing®, attachment theory, and developmental trauma perspectives. I support adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and developmental, relational, pre- and perinatal, intergenerational, and complex trauma. My approach is collaborative, non-pathologizing, and grounded in the belief that our systems hold both the imprint of what we have lived through and an innate capacity for resilience, coherence, and healing.
