My fascinating work is a blend of therapeutic skills, coaching insight, somatic understanding, Yogic philosophy, and expressive arts. Clients give me the opportunity to cultivate awareness and expand my ability to hold space for whatever shows up at any moment without judgement, expectations or preferences. I am very thankful to be able to meet other Beings in all that they are, it has been a profound and exciting journey that keeps unfolding with more and more gifts.
