I provide a compassionate, safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I work from a client-centred perspective where we collaboratively work towards understanding your relational dynamics, processing your ingrained narratives and triggers and ultimately expanding your level of awareness and consciousness by exploring meaning, purpose and joy in life.
I come from a varied background of both the arts and athletics. I completed my Bachelor’s in Humanities at U of T, attended the Canadian Film Centre writer’s lab and received my Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

While I have an integrative approach, often pulling from trauma-informed perspective (such as EMDR and hypnosis), and body awareness (Somatic Experiencing), I believe IFS to be an important non-pathological, welcoming therapy that inherently empowers through self-compassion and awareness of multiplicity.
