John G. Lawrentz

I offer a warm, collaborative space for people who are curious about themselves and ready to explore what may be happening beneath the surface. My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems and informed by hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and other experiential practices.

I believe meaningful change often begins with curiosity rather than trying to fix or get rid of parts of ourselves. Together, we can explore patterns, beliefs, emotions, and inner experiences with compassion and respect for your own pace and readiness.

My work is especially suited to people navigating life transitions, seeking greater self-understanding, exploring spiritual or existential questions, or integrating meaningful experiences, including psychedelic experiences. I welcome what may emerge without imposing a particular psychological, spiritual, or metaphysical interpretation. My intention is to help you deepen your relationship with yourself and carry what you discover into everyday life.
