Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Chronic Pain, Trauma,
Shame & Grief.
My work as a practitioner and coach grew out of my own healing journey. I stepped into this work because I needed it myself—and I still do. Nearly two decades later, I’m grateful to share what I’ve learned with clients around the world. My approach is holistic, deeply personalized, and grounded in the belief that no two healing journeys are alike.
My training blends both formal education and lived experience. I studied at Columbia University’s Spirituality Mind Body Institute and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) with a concentration in Somatic Psychology.
I’m trained and certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic IFS (SIFS), Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe), Trauma-Informed Stabilization Technique (TIST), Healing Shame, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and more. Drawing from these approaches, I weave together nervous system regulation, attachment theory, breathwork, and somatic techniques to co-create a path toward resilience, presence, and self-trust—meeting each person exactly where they are.
Since 2018, I’ve worked in private practice with clients across the country and around the world. I’ve accumulated hundreds of hours of supervision and mentorship, and my immersion in these modalities allows me to meet a wide range of needs. Because no single approach works for everyone, I offer a flexible, integrated style to help each person find a path to healing that fits their unique life and experiences.
