People often seek therapy because they feel stuck in recurring emotional, relational, or behavioural patterns despite their best efforts to change. Many of the clients I work with are struggling with the effects of trauma, developmental trauma, difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, self-criticism, or a sense of disconnection from themselves and others.
With nearly 16 years of clinical experience, I work with individuals, couples, and families from a trauma-informed and attachment-based perspective. My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. Together, we explore the underlying wounds and protective patterns that continue to shape present-day struggles, helping you develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and confidence in your ability to heal and grow.
I strive to offer a therapeutic relationship that is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I hope therapy becomes a place where healing, growth, and reconnection can unfold, allowing you to move toward a more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
