About

Finley (they/them) is an ally to trauma survivors using an IFS informed approach. Their background is in somatic practices and they are respectful, compassionate and warm. They also write about approaches to trauma and healing (what it’s like to be a survivor; what helps and what doesn’t). Their memoir, Lovebroken, has been featured on PTSD UK website, in Cambridge University e-news and in US neuropsychologist Rick Hanson’s Wise Brain Bulletin. They are comfortable with laughter, emotional agony and everything else, and they offer to be a sensitive, courageous and insightful guide and ally.
