The practices I draw from are proven to support conditions where lasting changes can take place. IFS, or parts work, tapping, somatic work, self-compassion, and mindfulness may be used. Identity work uncovers your strengths so you can live in line with your values. I am neurodivergent and a Highly Sensitive Person and I welcome working with HSPs and neurodivergent folk. Our body keeps the score while we may not understand why we experience life or behave, think or feel the way we do. This can be confusing. The feminist perspective reminds us that we are not the problem, the problem is the problem. I’m an approved IFS-informed therapist.
