Credential/License Type
Clinical Counsellor / Counselling Therapist

I’m a present and engaging IFS-informed therapist with over five years’ experience and a heartfelt passion for the model. It absolutely has the power to facilitate deep healing and genuine change, and I’m here to help you experience that magic moment of softening when a part of you finally feels the love it’s been longing for.

When we attune to the various hardworking and wounded parts of ourselves in the present, we heal a lack of attunement in the past and, slowly but surely, the children we were and are emerge and flourish in our adult lives. Whatever your reason is for being here, and wherever you are in the world, I welcome you with open arms. I offer all clients a free 30-minute intro session, so if you and your parts feel drawn to me, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Also, an invitation to all Stepping Stones students or recent graduates: I’d be honoured to hold space for your parts as they come into awareness on the course, or to facilitate the deeper work that often follows.
