I bring twenty years of experience to my work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I am strongly guided by my values of anti-oppression and transformation through self discovery. I believe there are many ways to find support and change comes in different forms. I’m passionate about IFS and experiential methods; both value a holistic approach to healing incorporating the mind, body and spirit.
