In bringing my self energy in to sessions, I work towards helping you detect your parts, and foster your own self-energy towards all parts of you. Whether it is depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, or other challenges, I will work towards helping you get to know your system and bring the harmony that you need to move forward in the way you truly desire in your life.
