About

My IFS practice is grounded in attunement and relationship. I came to IFS through my own experience healing from chronic pain and autoimmune challenges, and it shaped how I work: gently, patiently, and with respect for the ways your system has learned to cope and protect you. I offer a supportive space to explore your inner world with care, curiosity, and respect. I’m transparent about the process so you feel oriented as we go, and I pay close attention to what’s happening between us—because feeling met and understood often matters as much as what we explore. Sometimes we’ll meet parts that carry pain, protection, urgency, numbness, or fear; other times it’s simply one lived experience that wants attention. I also leave room for inner wisdom, meaning, and the sense that there’s something in you that knows the way, even when it doesn’t feel accessible yet. My hope is that, over time, you’ll feel more connected to yourself, and your parts can receive a simple message: you are welcome here, you make sense, and you are not alone.
