I believe healing is a journey of the mind, body and spirit—not a destination, but an ongoing process of becoming. At the heart of my work is attachment: how our earliest relationships shape our connection to ourselves, to others and to the world around us. I also understand therapy as deeply connected to grief—grief arising from loss, relational heartbreak, disconnection and the weight of unmet expectations.
After more than a decade as a therapist, and following the sudden death of my husband, my work has evolved into a deeper, more spiritually informed practice. I blend attachment-based therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS), breathwork and spiritual awareness, while allowing each client’s needs to guide the process.
I am especially drawn to those who sense there is more beneath their struggles and who long to understand recurring patterns, reconnect with themselves, find meaning within loss and move toward wholeness in their lives.
