I believe therapy is an inside-out process. Rather than looking at the problems in our lives, I look at our relationship to ourselves and how this impacts our approach to problems. When we feel well in ourselves and connected to our core identity, we have the resilience to navigate challenges with hope and self-compassion, and the clarity to find solutions.
