I seek to help those looking to integrate and heal into a bigger picture of health: mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
As well as general IFS sessions, I am also able to integrate nutrition coaching, meditation, breath work, mindfulness and somatic techniques, such as somatic IFS and emotional freedom technique (EFT), into the work. I am a qualified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and yoga teacher, and I am also IFS trauma informed.
I do a lot of work around relationship to food, the effects of stress and nervous system regulation, as well as gently bringing the body and breath into the work.
