I believe in IFS therapy and as it so user friendly for any kind /type of client. I have been using IFS for many years and I see the healing and the freedom of my clients discovering their own Self Energy, it is sacred to be part of the process. Working with couples, who believe their marriage is on life-support, have been surprised at what they have discovered. With couples, it is surprising to them that they can have a healthy arguments and to be heard by each other. It is hard work but worth every moment of giving hope to relationships.
