About

I ground my work in a collaborative and evolving experiential process and guide you to build the relationship you have with yourself and, in the case of couples work, with your partner. I use a compassionate, non-judgmental lens that recognizes the impact of broader systems such as racism, sexism, heterosexism, ableism, and other forms of oppression. Your experiences are understood not only in the present, but also within the larger context of your life. With individuals, I use primarily Internal Family Systems (IFS), and with couples, I use the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), as well as trauma-informed and grief-focused approaches.
