Amanda Meadows, MSW, RSW

Credential/License Type
Registered Social Worker (RSW)

I work with adults of all ages and stages, especially helping professionals in healthcare, emergency services, social services, education, energy/body work, and Indigenous services. I understand how challenging it can be to find the “right” therapist for those working in such specialized fields. I treat people not pathology, and have an extensive toolkit that supports a diverse and individualized pathway to healing.

Therapy with me is collaborative, allied, experiential, and honours YOUR unique identity. You’ll meet me at the intersections where your stress, trauma, and mental health meets your relationships; impacted by grief, emotion dysregulation, burnout, vicarious trauma, moral injury, empathy fatigue, anxiety, depression, and isolation.

Together we will explore your strengths, parts, symptoms, patterns, and relationships. You’ll experience, learn, implement, and embody the relational tools and skills to ensure success of your therapy goals. I empower clients to heal internal and external conflicts, cultivate self-acceptance, and achieve personal and professional growth.
