“I work mainly with professionals in healthcare, emergency services, social services, education, energy/body work, and correctional services. I understand the unique needs of individuals working in helping professions and the health and relational consequences of chronically stressful workloads.
I am mindful to create a safe space that supports neurodiversity, anti-racism, anti-discrimination, sex-positivity, and is queer affirming.”

Therapy with me is a collaborative & active process of exploration of self, symptoms, patterns, and relationships; learning tools & skills that will ensure success of your therapy goals. You’ll find me at the intersection where trauma and mental health meets relationships; impacted by chronic stress, burnout, vicarious trauma, moral injury, and isolation.
Areas of special interest include spiritual practices, Ancestral Healing, Cultural and Legacy burdens, UBs and guides, Shamanism, and Evidence Based Science from a Two-Eyed Seeing perspective.
