Credential/License Type
Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Clinical Counsellor / Counselling Therapist

I have been doing this work since 2012, supporting people through grief, loss, life transitions, and the complicated emotional terrain that comes with being human. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Registered Counselling Therapist (NSCCT), and Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC), which allows me to work virtually with clients across most provinces and territories in Canada. I also offer in-person sessions in the Comox Valley, BC.

My approach is deeply informed by Internal Family Systems. I have trained through both the IFS Counsellors Association (IFSCA) and the IFS Institute (IFS-I), and I value the compassion, curiosity, and respect for our inner worlds that IFS brings to therapy.

I believe meaningful therapy happens in relationship. I bring my genuine, curious, and imperfect self into the room rather than trying to be a distant or clinical expert. My role is to create a grounded, collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome—including the ones you may have spent years trying to change, silence, or understand.

Whether you are navigating grief, a major life transition, longstanding patterns, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, our work can be a place to slow down, listen inward, and approach what is there with curiosity rather than judgment.
