I’m Jen Brown, and I’m working toward my doctorate in Psychology. My work is somatic and experiential, which means we don’t just talk about what’s going on, we pay attention to what your body already knows. Since 2018, I’ve worked with clients across the U.S. and around the world, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, and other body-based approaches.
Together, we slow down. We make space for whatever’s underneath, the hard emotions, the transitions, the stuck places, and let that guide the work. That’s where real awareness and self-compassion tend to grow, and where lasting change becomes possible.
No two people need the same thing, so I don’t bring a one-size-fits-all approach. I bring a range of tools and shape our work around you. Your body holds real wisdom, and I trust it. Together, we’ll build a path that feels safe, supportive, and true to what you’re working toward.
