Overcoming trauma and suffering is a dance of managing multiple truths and desires. Therapy often involves deep and painful contemplation. It also is a place of joy and relief in being seen, heard and understood for your whole self – not just fragments of it.

Using a systems perspective, I understand the impact of relational and systemic trauma on the development of identity, belief systems and access to power sharing. I integrate anti-oppressive work into my practice. I have experience working with polyamorous and kinky couples, and individuals engaged in sex work.

I am certified in Psychedelic Integration for individuals interested in process altered states of consciousness. I am certified in level II DBT skills and Somatic IFS-informed therapy. I frequently work with clients presenting with emotional dysregulation, (C)PTSD, insecure attachment styles, perfectionism, guilt/shame, grief, spiritual crises, identity integration, depression, anxiety, and relationship stress.

Session Rate: $150 – $175 [Individual]; $195 [couples]
