About

I support professionals who appear highly capable and successful on the outside, yet feel conflicted, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside. Using an IFS-informed approach, I calmly help clients cultivate greater Self-Leadership by understanding and reconnecting with their inner system through curiosity and compassion.

My safety-first approach is psychoeducational and coaching-oriented rather than clinical. I guide clients in noticing their parts, strengthening their relationship with Self, and making decisions from a more grounded, aligned place. This is especially helpful for neurodivergent, gifted, and corporate or technology professionals who tend to overthink, overfeel, overperform, and risk burnout.

Together, we build the knowledge, skills, and capacity to get unstuck, fostering inner peace, emotional regulation, and clear action so clients can lead themselves in their own unique lives with greater courage, confidence, and creativity.
