Mx. Amethyst, is a high control religious group survivor, part of the LGBTQIA+ community and Latinx; fluent in both Spanish and English. They are constantly striving to create a safe environment for people in diverse communities, and diverse life experiences. Thus becoming a Trauma-Informed Coach focused on IFS as to have the right tools to help others in their own healing journey.

They have been trained by IFSCA, Stepping Stones and Advance Weekend. Also, they are working on getting their certification to become a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner through GTI.

They are not licensed psychotherapist. They do not diagnose, assess mental health, prescribe or advise on medications, or recommend clinical treatment. Rather, they serve as a knowledgeable mentor to help clients recognize they are not alone in their experiences. Promoting client choice by honoring autonomy and working collaboratively toward defined goals, in a supportive, and empowering environment for all participants.
