In a world that’s increasingly automated, performative, and AI driven, I look to create a space, above all else, that’s honest and accepting of the individual and all of their contradictions. While I can understand the value of a “safe space”, space with me prioritizes courage over comfort, as I have witnessed the most growth when all parts of ourselves are approached. Ultimately, my aim is to help clients feel more alive and complete within themselves. I primarily use IFS, somatic, and psychodynamic therapy. I am also trained in EMDR, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, and psychodrama, and suggest and apply these when appropriate.
