My name is Kinga and I am registered clinical counsellor (RCC) in Kelowna BC. I am a Level 3 Certified IFS therapist and I work with adults who are interested in increasing their self-awarenss and self-regulation skills around experiences such as anxiety, grief and loss, addiction and relationship dynamics.
