Hello! I am a Registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Psychology and Jungian Studies. I have over 10 years of counselling experience and a passion for supporting individuals to explore their understanding of the world and themselves. I have been very impressed and impacted by the way IFS supports internal connection, which then deepens collective connection for clients and communities. Through my career I have gained a wealth of experience working with individuals who are navigating identity exploration, life transitions, depression, loss of meaning, anxiety, trauma, relationships, addiction and co-dependency, grief/loss and clinical concerns. I also have experience in leadership positions and managing counselling centres. I value creative expression and have many parts that are pleased with a paint brush or creative instrument in hand and mucking about in the garden.
