My style is to provide a safe, compassionate, and accepting environment to allow for exploration and growth. I am a skilled listener and I draw on my own mindfulness practice and the wisdom that comes from experience. I am passionate about using Internal Family Systems therapy to help people grow. I meet online with people based in Canada in Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland/Labrador, and I see people in my office in the south end of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
