About

Hi, I’m Caroline. I offer somatic, parts-led IFS sessions that are gentle, relational, and rooted in the body. My approach isn’t about “fixing” but about creating a compassionate space where you can get curious about your inner world and begin to feel a little more at home in yourself.

I often work with people who feel like they’re carrying too much – whether that’s old patterns that keep looping, a sense of never being “enough,” or a nervous system that feels stuck on high alert. Some arrive feeling burnt out from caring for everyone else, some are navigating the weight of grief or trauma, and others are simply curious about why their inner world feels so loud or conflicting. If you’re longing for more ease, clarity, and self-trust, this work can help you gently reconnect with yourself.

I’m Level 1 trained with the IFS Institute and bring a background that blends education, movement, and therapeutic practice. I worked as a secondary school teacher for over ten years before retraining, so I know what it’s like to hold complexity and juggle a noisy inner world. My sessions often weave together nervous system awareness, breath, and embodiment with the core principles of IFS: curiosity, compassion, and the belief that all parts are welcome.

With IFSCA:

  • Stepping Stones (Jan 23)
  • Advanced Weekend: Deepening your Core Practice (Jun 23)
  • Informed IFS Trauma and Dissociation Workshop with Joanne Twombly (Sept 23)

With IFSI:

  • Online Circle (Oct 22)
  • IFS Level 1 (April-Jun 25)

  • Nutrition coaching – Level 1 with Precision Nutrition (2018)
  • Step One Somatic IFS with Susan McConnell (Ireland, October 23)
  • Integrating Somatic Techniques into Therapy (Life Architect, December 23)
With Heartwood Counselling and Psychotherapy:
  • Level 3 Counselling (2024)
  • Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling (2024-2026) – currently completing
My own ongoing IFS consultation and therapy.
This mix of pathways gives me a broad, embodied perspective – meeting people not just in their minds, but in the felt sense of their bodies and lived experience.

Sessions with me are relational, down-to-earth, and spacious. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, grief, identity, or simply curious about your parts, you’re welcome here.
