Parts around addiction, depression, anxiety, and psychedelics
Being self-led is a powerful concept that can help individuals take control of their lives and navigate challenges with more clarity and confidence. From an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, being self-led means accessing the core of our being – the Self – and allowing it to guide our actions and decisions. This involves developing a deeper understanding of our inner world and the various parts that make us who we are, and learning how to cultivate a strong and compassionate relationship with our Self.
As an IFS Life Coach, I work with clients who are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, and other challenges that can make it difficult to feel self-led. Through coaching, we explore the root causes of these issues and help clients connect with their Self, allowing them to tap into their innate wisdom and resilience. I also work with clients who are interested in exploring the use of psychedelics as a tool for healing and personal growth, offering guidance and support as they navigate these experiences.
Whether you are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, or simply feel disconnected from your sense of self, I believe that everyone has the potential to become self-led. Through coaching and a willingness to explore your inner world, you can cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and learn to trust in your own innate wisdom and strength.
