Psychotherapy has been a life-long calling for me, and after struggling with and resolving many of my own personal issues rooted my adverse childhood in psychotherapy, I returned to university in midlife, and earned a Bachelors of Social Work at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a masters of Social Work at the University of Windsor. I view IFS as a gift to humanity. Not only does this approach have an effect on how you feel in your daily life, but it has reaches into spiritual dimensions as well. Additionally, I am trained in a trauma-informed approach, psychodynamic psychotherapy and CBT.
