If you are looking to better understand your own system – IFS can guide you on a transformational journey of self-discovery and healing, a journey I would be honoured to walk along side with you through our work together.
I work with adults who are working in the social-service sectors, and caregivers/parents who are navigating their children’s mental health. If you are looking for a ways to support your own well-being, manage stress and better understand your emotions/reactions, IFS can create that space for you to experience more harmony, clarity and direction.
Using IFS model, I also work with youth and young adults who are interested in becoming more of ‘their authentic self’, want to deepen their social-emotional-spiritual connection, and release any hurts, burdens, pains they have had to carry throughout their childhood and adolescence.
I have over 15 years of experience working in the children’s mental health sector.
From direct front-line work with children/youth, to supervision of staff members, training new therapists, and guest lecturing/presenting on various trauma topics.
