Cheryl’s career spans over 25 years, with deep roots supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault in non-profit and post-secondary sectors. Moving into private practice in 2016, Cheryl has continued her work with individuals who are recovering from trauma, as well as grief and loss, relationships and communication – so really any human that has struggled or experienced challenging relationships! Discovering IFS has been an exciting and enlivening journey, complimenting Cheryl’s philosophy of honouring survival skills in the healing journey. Working in an IFS framework, she has seen the benefits and lasting change that occurs when wounds are healed and the hard-working protective parts are freed up to pursue life anew, whatever that may be. Cheryl welcomes all individuals, including those in the 2SLGBTQ+ community of which she is a part
