I often work with clients who are overwhelmed with emotions, struggling to manage stress, feeling disconnected or unsatisfied with various aspects of their lives (i.e. relationships, health, career, social life, self-esteem, etc.) and with clients who are trying to heal from past hurts, as well as engage in personal growth. 🌱

I draw on various interventions, theories, experiences and intuition to serve my clients well. That being said, I lean towards a more experiential and self-compassionate approach to therapy, utilizing techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO). 💜
