Elyse Heagle

Credential/License Type
Registered Social Worker (RSW)

I am a Master of Social Work (MSW), Registered Social Worker (RSW), psychotherapist, and Certified IFS Therapist. My approach is warm, creative, and relational, grounded in the belief that healing happens not only through insight, but through experiences of safety, connection, and relationship.

My work is guided primarily by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Intelligence (RI), and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)—approaches that allow us to work with the deeper organizing systems of the brain, body, and nervous system, where many longstanding patterns tend to begin.

Even when our internal world feels chaotic, or longstanding patterns seem difficult to shift, I trust in our innate capacity for healing when the right conditions are present. Rather than trying to fix or change parts of ourselves, we can begin to meet what has been carried with curiosity and compassion. My hope is to offer a safe, attuned relationship where we can walk together along the path back home to yourself.
